Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager

You'll work across multiple Salesforce clouds—Order Management, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Sales, and Service—integrating with ERP, WMS, OMS, payment gateways, and more to create seamless shopping journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops & gather business requirements
  • Translate needs into user stories & functional specs
  • Keep stakeholders engaged & projects on track

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years with Salesforce (any cloud)
  • 1+ year with Service Cloud

Preferred Skills:

  • Retail system integration know-how
