Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Experience Expert to join our dynamic team.

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney or Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding, designing, and delivering client transitions and transformations, ensuring that changes are implemented and adopted with confidence and proficiency.

The role involves collaborating with clients to assess their change needs and develop tailored transformation strategies and delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops, and communication plans to support transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support for transformation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and increased adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting, transformation, organizational development, or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing transformation strategies and plans that align with business goals.
  • Familiarity in conducting transformation impact assessments to identify the impact of changes on employees and processes.
  • Ability to develop personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate user insights and design concepts.
