Role Overview


Job Description

Develop and evaluate current and future programs for people with disabilities in consultation with stakeholders.

  • Design attractive programs for skills building.
  • Lead the implementation of day programs and ensure key stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
  • Establish evaluation processes and support managers in any improvements required.
  • Report on and evaluate program progress in relation to work plans and organisational goals.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Programs meet service delivery standards within established time frames.
  • Client participation and success rates increase through effective programming and content creation.
  • Continuous improvement activities lead to enhanced program outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A strong understanding of the disability sector and NDIS practice framework.
  • Proven ability to work within an outcome's framework, delivering successfully.
  • Experience in programming and content creation, with a strong understanding of how to tailor content for diverse clients.
  • High-level coordination and management skills across concurrent projects or programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively convey complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of active support.
