Program Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Disability Support Program team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting the implementation of our community-based program, and driving innovation in disability support services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a dedicated team to deliver high-quality programs within their region
- Provide recommendations for program improvements and monitor delivery and evaluation
- Recruit, select, and onboard team members, and manage performance and discipline procedures
- Lead the team through change, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and professional development
- Mentor team members to achieve departmental priorities
- Foster partnerships with local communities, promoting services and developing leadership among people with disabilities
- Champion inclusivity and human-centered approaches in all aspects of work
This is a critical role in the implementation of our Human Rights Remedy, addressing systemic discrimination against persons with disabilities.
