As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, work alongside people with disability to achieve employment goals, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. You will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or proven experience in the disability sector.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Experience in working with and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Proven experience in staff supervision and site management.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
You must also have:
- NDIS New Worker Screening and completion of The NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before commencing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and lead a team in achieving employment goals for people with disability.
- Build strong connections and partnerships with employers to drive program growth and create meaningful job opportunities.
- Deliver training and implement strategies that open doors to employment for people with disability.
