Program Manager

The successful candidate will lead a new Day Program, managing day-to-day operations of group homes or day programs.
- This role involves coordinating staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring mandatory reports are provided on time and driving Supported Independent Living development with team members.
- Maintenance of properties to appropriate standards is also essential for this position.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Disability Service Coordinator to utilise their skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements and Qualifications- A minimum Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support, or equivalent experience in disability support.
- Experience managing and supervising staff is required, as well as demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, principles of active support, and human rights-based approach to service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Proficient computer literacy in MS Office Suite and online systems is also expected.
- Practical experience in achieving community inclusion is highly valued.
- A current NSW Drivers Licence is required.
