About This Opportunity

We're seeking a Team Lead for our Disability Support Program to oversee daily operations and drive the implementation of our community-based initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional service in Disability Support Programs;
  • Maintaining regional performance standards;
  • Driving program improvements, monitoring delivery, and evaluating effectiveness.
Primary Accountabilities:
  • Fostering professional relationships and promoting inclusivity;
  • Leading teams through change and ensuring successful transitions;
  • Coaching team members to achieve short-term and long-term priorities;
  • Developing partnerships with communities and building strong relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:

Completed post-secondary education in Management, Social Sciences, Disability Supports, or related fields, plus several years of relevant experience.

A genuine passion for people and human rights is essential. You should have a strengths-based approach, combined with extensive experience in implementing disability services and programs, as well as team leadership expertise.
