Senior Property Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the management and negotiation of leases, as well as the performance of a dynamic property portfolio.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in commercial or retail property management and leasing, with a sound understanding of lease legislation.
  • They will also possess strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and construct detailed lease models.
About This Role

We are seeking a commercially savvy property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of building strong relationships with tenants, agents, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage and negotiate new leases, renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, licenses, and assignments.
  2. Administer lease documentation, approvals, and compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes.
  3. Conduct robust financial analysis, including discounted cash flows, to support all commercial recommendations.
  4. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless asset and lease delivery.
  5. Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with tenants, agents, and external partners.
  6. Maintain up-to-date portfolio records, including insurances, guarantees, disclosure statements, and critical dates.
  7. Support strategic initiatives, including asset repurposing, precinct planning, and feasibility input for new developments.
  8. Monitor lease obligations, aged debtors, and statutory outgoings in collaboration with Finance and Facilities.
