Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Property Manager to lead our commercial portfolio. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, this role will require you to demonstrate exceptional management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease obligations, including tenant induction, lease renewals, and expiry processes.
  • Develop annual budgets, reconciliations, forecasts, and ongoing invoicing for outgoings.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive rental files and notes.
  • Oversee arrears management and rent collection.
  • C coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct entry and exit condition reports.
  • Prepare weekly reports for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum 12 months' experience in commercial property management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse commercial/retail portfolio.
  • Familiarity with GOAT or similar property management software.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including experience with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude.
  • Current REIV membership and Police Check.
  • Residency in Australia with full working rights.
