Your new role

This role offers the chance to step into a well-supported commercial portfolio of approximately 180 properties, with full backing from an offshore team, leasing administrators, and inspection managers. Whether you're an up-and-coming Commercial Property Manager or an experienced Residential Property Manager ready to make the move into commercial, this organisation will invest in your development and growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1-3 years in commercial property, or solid experience in residential property management with a desire to transition
  • Strong focus on customer service and building long-term client relationships
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow within the company
  • Driven, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
