Leading Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial property management business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading teams and managing commercial property portfolios, strong knowledge of property legislation, leases, and trust accounting principles, leadership skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
About the Role- Manage and lead a team of property managers and a trust accountant
- Oversee lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination for 30-40 commercial properties
- Drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional service to owners
- Proven experience in senior property management roles, preferably with commercial property portfolios
- Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and best practices
- Leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders
