As a key player in our business banking team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) clients in South-East Melbourne. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience in business banking, solid lending knowledge and a good understanding of credit risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients in South-East Melbourne
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business banking
  • Solid lending knowledge and a good understanding of credit risk and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
