About the Role

The Governance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mental health and wellbeing division's governance framework, ensuring it is aligned with the department's strategic objectives. This includes developing and implementing governance systems and processes that support the division's key functions.

The successful candidate will lead a small team to coordinate and respond to emerging issues and risks related to governance and advisory functions. They will also develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including program and policy areas within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  7. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
  8. Identify emerging issues, risks, and trends impacting the successful achievement of key business objectives and imperatives.
