About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Governance Manager to join our ADF Health Services Contract team. As a key member of our Risk, Governance and Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of clinical governance related to clinical credentialing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on clinical credentialing and promote a culture that enables staff to understand and comply with quality, clinical risk, and patient safety guidelines.
  • Lead a team and act as a proactive process change leader to ensure the integrity of all credentialing systems is maintained.
  • Ensure business alignment and adherence to industry standards and requirements within the Bupa clinical governance, risk management, and compliance framework.
  • Lead governance, quality assurance, and process improvement activities to ensure effective team operations.
  • Ensure oversight and implementation of all Global and Asia Pacific Market Unit Clinical Governance related policies.
What You'll Need
  • Health Professional/allied health practitioner with extensive experience in Clinical Governance, Quality, and Risk Management.
  • Post Graduate qualifications or working towards i.e., Quality Management, Health Administration, Clinical Governance or similar will be highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated capacity to support and lead quality and compliance function.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and refine service delivery and clinical governance processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement frameworks, drive outcomes, and ultimately deliver programs of work.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning/thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing organisational wide quality improvement initiatives and influencing teams in building a high-quality improvement culture.
  • A passion for innovative thinking.
