About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Governance Manager to join our ADF Health Services Contract team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of clinical governance, including credentialing, risk management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on clinical credentialing and promote a culture of compliance with quality, clinical risk, and patient safety guidelines.
  • Lead a team and drive process change to ensure the integrity of credentialing systems.
  • Ensure business alignment with industry standards and requirements within the Bupa clinical governance, risk management, and compliance framework.
  • Lead governance, quality assurance, and process improvement activities to ensure effective team operations.
  • Oversee and implement all Global and Asia Pacific Market Unit Clinical Governance related policies.
What You'll Need
  • Extensive experience in Clinical Governance, Quality, and Risk Management.
  • Post Graduate qualifications or working towards in Quality Management, Health Administration, Clinical Governance, or similar.
  • Demonstrated capacity to support and lead quality and compliance functions.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning/thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience implementing organisational wide quality improvement initiatives.
