We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Finance Officer to join our team at Christian Brother's College. As the primary contact for all school fee related queries, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tuition fee accounts have an acceptable payment plan in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all fee queries and related matters
  • Receipt and reconciliation of direct debits and other payment methods
  • Update and maintain accurate records of family debtors and payment plans
  • Support the set-up, maintenance, and reconciliation of payment gateway systems
  • Responsible for cash takings, receipting, and reconciliation of bank collections
  • Support the Annual Tuition Fee Billing and Monthly Statement Runs
Requirements
  • Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Warm, professional, and positive approach
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Knowledge and understanding of GST and basic Accrual Accounting
  • Experience in Financial Administration systems
  • Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to a diverse range of staff and students
