Job Title: Group Finance Business Partner

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Mining and Primary Steel, we are seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Business Partner to support the CFO in all strategic and finance activities across Mining and Primary Steel (MPS). This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CFO and grow and develop your experience in a dynamic and changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with senior leaders on various finance matters
  • Participating in meetings and providing a summary/action points for the CFO's review
  • Analysing and providing solutions to issues by creating a detailed action plan for successful resolution
  • Preparing board reports and presentations
  • Involved in Annual planning & budgeting and forecasting process
  • Involved in the preparation and presentations with lenders
  • Involved in the Capex review process.

You will be someone who has strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, flexible environment. You are also resourceful and have strong communications skills to be able to work effectively in a cross-functional team at all levels of the organisation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Post-qualification experience within a large corporate, mining or professional accounting services firm
  • Highly advanced skills in MS Office suite
  • Proven skills with reporting and presentations to senior management
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience using SAP
