Operational Resilience Specialist

Operational resilience is a vital aspect of any organization's ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment. As an Operational Resilience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our operational resilience across key divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the Operational Resilience Policy and monitor its effectiveness.
- Provide oversight of Critical Operations, including risk profiles, control effectiveness, and resilience control testing under CPS230.
- Monitor resilience risks, controls, incidents, and actions, maintaining accurate data on Critical Operations and associated controls.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management programs.
- Support the review and alignment of resilience-related policies and procedures, participating in incident and crisis response activities.
