We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our management team as Head of Online & Digital Transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with our dedicated marketing team to elevate their growth marketing expertise and deep brand insight.

The successful candidate will be a specialist who excels with data, blends brand understanding with creativity, and thrives on execution. They will have a passion for skincare and retail, extensive knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Key responsibilities include shaping and executing the global e-commerce strategy, analysing market trends and consumer behaviour, and setting actionable KPIs. You will create multi-channel growth strategies, oversee campaign optimisation, and use data to ensure ROI.

Other key elements of the role include refining the website for better user experience, managing email acquisition, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
