About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our People, Safety, Sustainability and Risk Group as the Head of Talent Operations and Programmes.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction and operational procedures for Talent Acquisition and Development.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement V/Line's Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Leading and developing the Talent Acquisition team to drive capability uplift and transformational initiatives
  • Strengthening and developing strategic processes to manage high volumes of recruitment activity
  • Leading Talent-related projects across the business, including Talent technology uplift
  • Developing frameworks, tools, and processes to support Talent Acquisition efforts
