About the role

We are seeking a talented Organisational Development Lead to drive strategic and impactful initiatives at Transurban, a leading transport solutions provider.

This role will involve leading the design and delivery of organisational development initiatives, including leadership development, talent management, and the development of organisational capabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will provide thought leadership and expertise in organisational development, working closely with internal and external partners to build solutions that meet the needs of the business and align with our growth strategy.

You will have a deep understanding of best practice in organisational development and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of organisational development initiatives, including leadership development and talent management
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in organisational development, working closely with internal and external partners
  • Develop and implement effectiveness measures and leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in organisational development, including leadership development and talent management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
