Role Overview

Aveo is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our community and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Village Community Leader, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for residents and staff.

The Opportunity

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and provide management support to ensure the highest quality service is delivered to residents. This includes coordinating resident and community engagement activities, implementing marketing and sales strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and developing improvements to internal processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a front-line customer-facing role, preferably in the retirement industry or a related field
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Budget development and management skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong property management skills, including preventative maintenance
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Intermediate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High-level written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline (desirable)
