We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Team Leader to join our Kew program.

About the Role

As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This includes:

  • Co-creating enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
  • Ensuring your program is compliant with industry regulations
  • Engaging with parents and supporting their enquiries
  • Representing the school community at events and assemblies when necessary
  • Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about kids, has loads of energy, and can just love to have fun Ideally, you'll have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this isn't essential – we can train you. You'll need outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written, and be qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
