About the Role:
  • This is a hands-on position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and promote collaboration.
  • Closely monitor project progress, quality, and safety to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
