Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of high-impact projects at the intersection of IT and accounting.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive meaningful change across the organization by managing end-to-end delivery of accounting and IT-related projects from initiation to closure.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to shape project scope, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of accounting and IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts to map out project scope, milestones, resource needs, risks, and measurable success outcomes.
  • Training and Support: Develop and rollout training, documentation, and support frameworks for staff impacted by system/process changes.
  • Outcome Monitoring: Monitor and report on project outcomes and realization of expected benefits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification: Possession of a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent).
  • Experience: 5+ years experience in project management roles, preferably within an accounting, finance, or professional services firm.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven ability to deliver IT and operational projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting workflows, compliance cycles, and client service models.
