Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to manage comprehensive project schedules, milestones and resources. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets and maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Proactively resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
  • Manage resources and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
