Project Manager - High End Residential

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects from initial stages through to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, managing site personnel and maintaining excellent client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines;
  • Supervise site staff, providing guidance, support and coaching as needed;
  • Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project expectations are met;
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to resolve design and technical queries;
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and reports to ensure transparency and accuracy;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans as required;
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship;

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting;
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Project;
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
