Position Overview

The Technical Solutions Executive plays a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by partnering with customers to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions that drive results and foster long-term partnerships.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong relationship-building skills, technical expertise, and the ability to develop and execute account plans to drive expansion and drive revenue growth.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Develops strategic partnerships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains deep understanding of customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build trusted advisor relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related education.
  • At least 10 years of practical experience in the design and construction industry, including one or more of the following areas:
    • BIM and Digital Engineering.
    • Digital technologies that support project delivery.
    • Information management solutions for construction.
    • VDC solutions for project design and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of government and owner requirements for major project delivery.
  • RICS BIM Certification and ISO19650 application and knowledge an advantage.
