About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and pursuing new business opportunities, while driving revenue and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure NOVOTEL remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
  • Strong sales expertise with a proven track record of success in a hotel or related tourism industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience using sales software and CRM systems.
