Role Overview

As the Club Millésime Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' experiences by providing outstanding service and support to our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests from arrival to departure.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of Club Millésime and Room Service, ensuring adherence to service excellence standards.
  • Ensuring all team members are well-versed in hotel policies and procedures.
  • Engaging with VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of menus and wine selections to provide informed recommendations.
  • Promoting hotel amenities and seeking opportunities to enhance guest experiences through thoughtful upselling.
  • Providing personalized service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring memorable experiences.
  • Conducting pre-arrival communications to offer local insights and assistance.
  • Anticipating guest needs and promoting various hotel services.
  • Leading the return guest recognition program to foster personalized service aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role, with expertise in VIP club and Room Service operations.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and property management systems.
  • Exceptional service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead by example.
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
