  • Lead and Supervise
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Club Millésime to ensure service standards are consistently met
    • Supervise and train team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Guest Experience
    • Greet and check-in VIP guests, responding to their requests and settling accounts
    • Deliver personalized service, ensuring every guest encounter is exceptional
  • Product Knowledge
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menus and wine lists to advise and recommend to guests
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling
    • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Problem-Solving
    • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Team Management
    • Ensure team members are informed and motivated to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury property
  • Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Opera or a related PMS system
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Full Australian working rights
