Credit Risk Strategy Director

We are seeking a visionary Strategic Credit Risk Leader to spearhead innovative credit risk strategies, shaping our lending and credit business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop diverse credit products for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Manage the entire credit lifecycle, optimizing loan portfolio performance through origination, servicing, and collections.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing transparent communication on credit performance and risk management.
- Evolving our credit risk management strategy and policies to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the credit and risk management teams, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
- 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in fintech, lending, credit cards, or unsecured loans with scale-up/startup growth experience.
- Strong business acumen and extensive experience driving credit risk strategy and acquisition underwriting for credit cards or unsecured loans.
- A dynamic startup environment where you'll drive results and influence product features.
- Collaboration with high-performing teams and a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
