About the Role

As a Site Administrator, you will support our construction project in South Australia. This is an opportunity to gain further experience and career progression in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and new starter inductions
  • Maintain site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll
  • Assist with travel, accommodation, and training arrangements
  • Manage invoicing, purchasing, and receipting of goods
  • Oversee filing, record keeping, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables
  • Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MS Excel
  • Experience with high volume invoicing/purchasing
  • JobPac and TimeTarget experience (desirable)
  • Experience with Project Bank Accounts reporting (beneficial)
