About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong background in trades, facilities, or property maintenance, and is looking to take on a supervisory role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general maintenance, presentation, and functionality of our dealership sites. They will manage and coordinate trades and service contractors, schedule and supervise external contractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs, ensure all contractors are inducted and follow safety procedures, monitor building systems such as stormwater tanks, air conditioning, and pressure washers, conduct regular inspections to pre-empt maintenance issues before they arise, oversee minor repairs or upgrades, and support the implementation of WHS practices.

This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. The successful candidate will have a practical mindset, be comfortable managing contractors and following up on site work, and have a good understanding of WHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate trades and service contractors
  • Schedule and supervise external contractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure all contractors are inducted and follow safety procedures
  • Monitor building systems such as stormwater tanks, air conditioning, and pressure washers
  • Conduct regular inspections to pre-empt maintenance issues before they arise
  • Oversee minor repairs or upgrades
  • Support the implementation of WHS practices
Requirements:
  • Experience in trades, facilities, or property maintenance (hands-on or supervisory)
  • Comfortable managing contractors and following up on site work
  • A practical mindset – you know what needs doing and how to get it done
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of WHS requirements
