Supply Chain Coordinator Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production and packaging operations across ANZ by coordinating third-party suppliers, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting timely wine delivery.

About the Job:
  • C Coordinate 3rd party packaging and production planning to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
  • E nsure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • R eview and create work orders and supplier quotes to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • S upport compliance with food safety and quality standards through regular audits and training.
  • M onitor and report on supplier performance and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • I dentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Your Skills:
  • A relevant administration and coordination work history.
  • A high level of initiative, drive, and attention to detail.
  • Accomplished written and verbal communication skills.
  • A ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others.
  • A open, receptive attitude to improvement, new ideas, and techniques.
  • A high level of organizational skills and time management.
  • S sound computer skills across the Microsoft Suite – Exposure to JDE such as Enterprise One is advantageous.
