Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide comprehensive WHS services and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct critical risk verification audits and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards.
  • Develop and monitor WHS management plans; provide training and guidance.
  • Foster a positive safety culture across all levels of the business.
  • Provide strategic safety leadership and coach teams on incident management and response.
  • Lead investigations and ensure thorough documentation and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop your team of health and safety professionals.
Requirements:
  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Health and Safety Auditor certification.
  • ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training.
  • Minimum 5 years of H&S experience in a similar industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team.
