Job Description

At Lendlease, we are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our technology, including Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Storage, and Backups.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth operation of technology services and improve IT operations with domain owners and service providers.
  • Quickly resolve IT incidents and manage critical service impacts.
  • Maintain security and compliance in technology operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure system stability.
  • Optimise system performance through continuous monitoring.
  • Implement and monitor financial operations practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable IT services.
  • Oversee managed service provider performance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance through regular audits and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with domain owners to meet operational needs.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports on IT infrastructure services.
  • Define and track relevant metrics for service health and compliance.
  • Manage problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated track record in IT Operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Compliance and Security: Deep understanding of compliance and security standards as it relates to IT Operations.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator, able to influence & engage stakeholders.
