Role Overview

As a Sales Coordinator at Electrolux, you will play a vital role in supporting the Victorian Sales Team in achieving state sales budget goals. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop relationships with cross-functional departments, internal staff, and customers, providing support that helps execute sales activities across all our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage distribution delivery summary processes and assist with the timely execution of delivery summary advice schedule follow-up.
Assist distribution and state sales teams in allocation/un-allocation of stock and liaise with state Distribution teams to maximize stock delivery potential.
Liaise with retail customers regarding deliveries and assist in the re-allocation of stock to enable full capacity of trucks.
Coordinate minor carton damage stock, including compiling orders and liaising with Distribution for re-deliveries.
Manage rejected B2B orders and provide feedback on price discrepancies at the National level to the appropriate National Business Manager and/or Key Account Manager.
Work with state Distribution and demand flow teams on relevant stock movements where applicable.
Assist the sales team with deallocations and reallocations requests and provide regular updates on obsolete stock and carton-damaged stock.

Requirements

Previous experience supporting a Field Sales Team is ideal, but we also welcome applicants from other team-based admin support roles.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make decisions within given guidelines when advice on minor matters is not readily available.
Ability to work closely with an Account Management team and understand the dynamics of a sales team.
Effective time management skills and ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
