About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial sales and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing our brand presence, and expanding our global market reach.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. They will also have strong experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, and brand development, as well as exceptional leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring teams.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyse market trends and drive business development, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools is also essential.
