Performance Director

At EssenceMediaCom, we're seeking a highly skilled Performance Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of biddable experts, ensuring quality implementation planning and operational efficiency.
- Act as a senior consultant to clients, providing guidance on activation and performance management.
- Take accountability for talent management, including reviews, training, coaching, performance management, and recruitment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners.
- People: 40% of your time will be spent on team management, ensuring your team is adequately trained, resourced, motivated, and engaged.
- Product: 30% of your time will be dedicated to defining and delivering best practice, supervising team output, and contributing to product development and direction.
- Client: 15% of your time will be spent on leading key client relationships, ensuring team output meets required standards, and navigating the complex media, technology, and data landscape.
- Commercial: 15% of your time will be focused on delivering client investment with flawless accuracy, identifying commercial opportunities, and providing robust and accurate internal forecasting.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage expectations across all stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate business objectives, issues, and outcomes clearly and apply strategic thinking.
- Analytical skills to recognize causes and consequences of actions and events.
- Flexibility to recognize changing circumstances quickly and proactively implement successful action plans.
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills to consistently contribute to improving work methods, outcomes, and team performance.
