Senior Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fundraising Manager to lead the growth of our philanthropic program and develop donor-centric stewardship strategies that increase significant financial support and impact to meet strategic goals across the Philanthropy portfolio.
You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and manage the Philanthropy program, with a focus on Major Gifts and Trusts and Foundations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure and increase revenue across the Philanthropy and Trusts and Foundations programs.
As a Senior Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and long-term growth of positive relationships with prospective and confirmed high-value supporters, understanding each donor's reason for giving, and aligning strong cases for support.
You will also develop and execute engagement and recognition strategies for all donors across the Philanthropy portfolio, working strategically with stakeholders to identify new donor prospects, and with key internal stakeholders in the development of relationships with donors to maximize their impact.
In addition, you will ensure a data-driven approach is in place for decision making, with emphasis on donor research and data integrity, researching and writing to secure philanthropic grants.
