Senior Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Fundraising and Community Relations department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to drive strategic direction, operational planning, and budgeting for the FCR department.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Liaise with stakeholders to build strong relationships and secure funding opportunities.
- Manage and oversee Marketing and Communications functions to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Effectively manage and supervise Fundraising and Community Engagement functions.
- Coordinate Supporter Relations activities to foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a non-profit sector.
- Tertiary education relevant to the position, with a focus on leadership and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualise solutions.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
