Lead a Team to Drive Digital Growth

Take charge of driving the digital growth of two fashion brands, leveraging strategic leadership and eCommerce expertise. This role involves developing ambitious eCommerce strategies, managing online revenue targets, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive eCommerce growth strategies and deliver online revenue targets for both brands.
  • Oversight of the complete digital customer journey from discovery to conversion to retention.
  • Develop campaign plans aligned with seasonal fashion calendars and new collection launches.
  • Implement multi-brand online merchandising strategies that reflect each brand's distinct positioning.
  • Optimise product presentation, styling content, and size guides to enhance customer confidence and reduce returns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to maximise new arrival performance and full-price sell-through rates.
  • Execute seasonal transitions, sale periods, and collection launches with precision.
  • Lead a high-calibre team and manage agency partners (SEO, SEM, affiliates, creative, development).
  • Oversee relationships with key marketplace partners.
  • Partner seamlessly with Marketing, Creative, Buying, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams.
  • Manage Shopify Plus platforms and GA4 analytics.
  • Oversee sophisticated content strategies, onsite merchandising, targeted email campaigns, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Drive mobile-first experiences that reflect our brands' premium positioning.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in senior eCommerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience driving growth on Shopify Plus (fashion/beauty preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team development, and agency management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Passion for premium fashion and knowledge of retail cycles.
