Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Style Ambassador to join our Sydney team. As a key member of the retail team, you will thrive in a premium brand environment, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet targets.

The Role
  • Drive sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, demonstrating repeat client sales and client brand loyalty
  • Carry out store-operating standards
  • Maintain company policy and procedure
  • Support the store manager to coordinate loss prevention strategies
  • Maintain the highest level of store presentation standards
Key Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience as a boutique stylist with a premium or luxury brand
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a positive and engaging experience for every customer
  • Consistently strive to meet productivity targets
  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and merchandising
  • Strong styling skills and a deep understanding of fashion and trends
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
  • Love of fashion
  • Availability to work weekends
