We are seeking a seasoned eCommerce leader to spearhead our online retail operations.
- Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and optimise profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day online store management, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns and product launches.
- Analyse online performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire an eCommerce team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Manage third-party platforms, vendors, and digital partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in eCommerce leadership within fashion or retail brands.
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth and optimising digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of online merchandising, digital marketing, and UX best practices.
