Commercial Photographer Opportunity

This fashion Ecommerce brand is looking for a skilled photographer to manage the studio and oversee the styling and shoot process. From prepping stock to directing on set and reviewing final images - you'll ensure every asset is on-brand, timely, and effective.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume Ecommerce setup where content output directly impacts sales. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality imagery from product detail pages to campaigns and social media shoots, working closely with digital and marketing teams to create engaging content that drives results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and style all commercial photography content, including model, flat lay, and ghost mannequin shots
  • Manage the entire shoot process, from planning and logistics to execution and post-shoot feedback
  • Coordinate shoot logistics: product flow, styling preparation, set management, shot lists, and timelines
  • Lead on-set execution and image selection to guarantee commercially strong output
  • Collaborate with external talent (models, HMUAs, photographers) and internal teams
  • Provide feedback on retouching and editing to align with brand standards and conversion goals
  • Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and scalable studio environment

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in commercial photography or a similar field, with expertise in direction and high-volume shoot management. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as well as the ability to work calmly under pressure and manage deadlines and shifting priorities effectively.
