Online Growth Leader

We're seeking an experienced Online Growth Leader to drive the digital growth of our premium fashion brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the online evolution of our iconic brands, delivering exceptional results that match our exacting standards.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you'll own the complete digital customer journey from discovery to conversion to retention. You'll develop and execute sophisticated digital marketing strategies, lead high-performing teams, and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive ambitious online growth strategies and deliver revenue targets for both premium brands.
  • Own the digital customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions across all touchpoints.
  • Develop campaign planning aligned with seasonal fashion calendars and new collection launches.
  • Manage multi-brand online merchandising strategies that reflect each brand's distinct positioning.
  • Optimise product presentation, styling content, and size guides to enhance customer confidence and reduce returns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Digital Director and buying teams to maximise new arrival performance and full-price sell-through rates.
  • Execute seasonal transitions, sale periods, and collection launches with precision.
  • Lead a high-calibre team and manage agency partners (SEO, SEM, affiliates, creative, development).
  • Oversee relationships with key marketplace partners.
  • Partner seamlessly with Marketing, Creative, Buying, Customer Service, and Fulfillment teams.
  • Manage Shopify Plus platforms and GA4 analytics.
  • Oversee sophisticated content strategies, onsite merchandising, targeted eDM campaigns, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Drive mobile-first experiences that reflect our brands' premium positioning.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in senior eCommerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience driving growth on Shopify Plus (fashion/beauty preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team development, and agency management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Passion for premium fashion and knowledge of retail cycles.
