We are seeking an experienced ECC Veterinarian to join our team as a Clinical Director of our Emergency and Critical Care department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our hospital and driving excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the ECC department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement best practice processes and protocols to drive clinical excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the business manager and other department heads to develop growth strategies and drive business results.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of ECC veterinarians and support staff.
- Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and clients to promote a positive work environment and drive business success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and drive clinical excellence.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Management training and experience preferred.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.
