Job Overview

A critical role exists within our organization for a Knowledge Management Specialist to spearhead the development of our cloud-based knowledge management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in implementing knowledge management platforms, accompanied by a deep understanding of knowledge management technology.
  • Background in a highly regulated industry such as superannuation or financial services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and manage conflicting priorities.
