About the Role

As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will play a key role in operationalizing our knowledge management framework, aligned with our strategic goals. Your primary objective will be to improve customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and drive cost efficiency through better management of internal knowledge.

This is a fixed-term contract role for six months. You will contribute to developing clear and actionable processes, standards, and procedures that enhance collaboration, consistency, and content quality across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in knowledge management, information science, organizational development or related fields, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech. They should have demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting process and procedure writing to a high standard.

You will also need to have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our knowledge management framework
  • Identify, evaluate, and embed knowledge management best practices across the organization
  • Design and deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities and adoption of knowledge management practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration by working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, guides, and reference materials

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in knowledge management, information science, organizational development or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing and process documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (desirable)
